Welcome to the Zenshin Fitness Studio!
Our studio is designed to support a well-rounded approach to training, providing you with the tools and space you need to move, train, and recover efficiently. We offer two main workout areas: the Warm-Up/Cardio Area, and the Resistance Training/Functional Training Area.
A proper warm-up is key to optimizing performance and reducing the risk of injury. Our warm-up/cardio area is equipped with a variety of tools to prepare your body for movement and enhance overall fitness.
Self-Myofascial Release (SMR) Tools – Improve tissue quality and movement proficiency with tools such as lacrosse balls, a massage cane, and a massage gun.
Cardio Equipment – We currently offer a treadmill and a recumbent bike, with plans to expand soon to include a rowing machine for additional conditioning options.

Resistance Training/Functional Training Area
More than just a space for lifting weights, our resistance training area is where strength, mobility, and movement quality come together.
This section is equipped for:
✔ Strength & Hypertrophy Training – Build muscle and increase power with free weights, machines, and functional training tools.
✔ Mobility & Stability Work – Improve flexibility, joint health, and movement efficiency with specialized tools and guided programming.
✔ Conditioning & Performance Training – Incorporate dynamic movements and progressive overload techniques for athletic development.
