Here at Zenshin Fitness, there are two kinds of sessions you can sign up for: One-on-One and Two-on-One.

Just you and your trainer, working together to achieve your goals. Sessions range from $45 to $70* a session depending on the package. Perfect for more focused attention and personalized guidance.

One-on-One

Two-on-One

Work out with a partner and share the experience while reducing the cost per person. Sessions range from $60 to $85*($30–$42.50 per person), depending on the package. Great for staying motivated and reaching your goals together.
